After right clicking on link and selecting "save target as" in the books section .. the above is what you will see next.

Go down to your "Save as type" drop down box and select "All Files."
Then copy and paste .ss5book next to the filename in the filename box. No spaces between the Filename and the extension.
NOTE: The above instructions can be used for the Commentaries as well. Just insert .ss5cmty in place of .ss5book
